years or over on the 09/04/2023 and will abide by the laws and rules of the UKA
(UK Athletics)

I accept that the organisers , sponsors,
partners, marshals will not be liable for any loss, damages, action, claim, cost,
or expenses that may arise in consequence of my participation of the event.

I accept entries cannot be refunded
once accepted.

I hereby give my permission for Interval
Races to use my name and photographic likeness for promotional purposes.
Interval
Races reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to cancel, delay or
postpone the event due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances out of our
reasonable control. Where the event has to be cancelled, delayed or postponed
due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control we shall not be liable
for any inconvenience, expenses, costs, losses or damages suffered by
participants. Where the event has to be cancelled, delay or postponed due to
circumstances that were within our reasonable control, our entire liability
will be limited to the entry price you have paid (not including any booking
fee).
